COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgment:
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. By attending a Kuumbwa Jazz-presented event, and/or an event at the Kuumbwa Jazz Center, you expressly agree to comply with any and all policies and safety guidelines put in place by the event organizers, and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, waiving all claims and potential claims against the event organizers, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks.

Patrons should stay home if they are experiencing a fever or any COVID-19 symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have had close contact with anyone who is confirmed or is suspected of having COVID-19. If you are unable to attend a concert due to the described health concerns above, you may wish to transfer your ticket(s) to another party. Please contact our office directly at (831) 427-2227 or firstname.lastname@example.org to make a ticket transfer. For independently-produced events, please reach out to the presenter directly.
Kuumbwa Jazz ticketing policies and member benefits are applicable for Kuumbwa Jazz-presented concerts at the Kuumbwa Jazz Center and Rio Theatre, which are ticketed by Kuumbwa Jazz. Kuumbwa Jazz-presented concerts at venues such as Sunset Cultural Center and Santa Cruz Civic Auditorium are subject to the venues’ respective ticket policies and operations.

Tickets for independently-produced events are available at a variety of outlets. Please check the desired listing on our calendar page for ticketing information.
If you have a credit on your account from a concert that was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you can redeem your credit via your online Kuumbwa Jazz account, or by calling our office at (831) 427-2227.
When you purchase a Kuumbwa Jazz gift certificate, the recipient will receive an email with a voucher code. The code can be entered/redeemed upon checkout and can be used for Kuumbwa-presented concert tickets and membership donations on kuumbwajazz.org. The voucher can be redeemed with any Kuumbwa ticket-buyer account (if the recipient does not already have an account they will be prompted to create one). Vouchers cannot be redeemed at the door box office. Once a voucher is redeemed, any remaining balance may only be used with that account.
