Robert Papacica is an award winning composer, educator, and musician originally from Toronto, Canada. Robert has appeared as a sideman and leader in jazz clubs in Miami, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Seattle, and New York.

As a leader, Robert released a new trio project entitled Reverse Migration featuring Kanoa Mendenhal on bass and Mark Ferber on drums through the New York City based Pinch Record Label. He regularly plays with his group featuring his own original music in New York and in jazz clubs across the United States. Papacica will be touring the music from his newest record at notable venues such as the Kuumbwa Jazz Center Santa Cruz, the Kreeger D.C. Jazz Series, The Tacoma Station, Chris’s Jazz Cafe, The Django, and Ornithology Jazz Club in Brooklyn in the summer and fall of 2025.
