Referred to as the “classic double threat” by NPR, Camille Thurman is a remarkable artist on both the tenor saxophone and vocals. Drummer Darrell Green is one of today’s leading and most sought-after musicians in today’s jazz scene, having toured with Pharoah Sanders, Wallace Roney, Cassandra Wilson, George Cables, and Stefon Harris.
Together, Thurman’s dreamy vocals and electrifying saxophone lines meet Green’s mesmerizing rhythmic colors and dynamic interpretations of standards and originals for a fiery musical collaboration.
