The album, to be released on May 11 at Kuumbwa Jazz, is the second from the Gail Rich Award winner and his band, The Back Pages. Formerly the front man of roots rockers Buffalo Creek, his first solo album, “The Wrecker,” was hailed by the Santa Cruz Sentinel as a “collection of gems that show off an expressive and supple singing voice and a songwriting touch that displays an innate talent at melody.” From an early age Aaron Glass aka “Papa Bear” knew he was put on this Earth to do two things, make music, and delve deep into the depths of human connection.  His journey has lead him through the burbs’ of California, the Redwoods of Santa Cruz, the peaks of the Himalayans, the Holy Lands of India, and now to the Center of San Francisco.
