With a new CD titled Some Other Time (Heads Up), Diane Schuur reaffirms her commitment to the jazz tradition. Primed with her remarkable touring trio, she will feature a superb collection of classic compositions by Berlin, Gershwin and Rogers and Hart, as well as other great composers. Armed with the rare gift of perfect pitch, Schuur is considered one of contemporary jazz's leading vocalists. As an artist who has explored nearly every corner of the 20th century American musical landscape, her willingness to cross musical boundaries has garnered two Grammy Awards and three Grammy nominations.
